Combot starts to walk down the stairs, but trips and falls to the ground. A spark of electricity comes from Combot's body as it gets up and its eyes flicker. Lee asks Combot to give them a demonstration, and Combot's eyes start to glow bright red. Then, he presents Combot, who is standing in front of a large electronic advertising screen, to the audience. He states that winning the tournament was not his ultimate goal, that he only participated in the tournament to gather test data for Combot, and to promote its application as the ultimate fighting machine. Interlude Description: Final Stage - Combot: In the Arena, the crowd cheers for Lee, who took off his Violet disguise before fighting Heihachi Mishima. Violet's mind was filled with visions of dominating The King of Iron Fist Tournament 4. If completed in time, the tournament would be an excellent PR opportunity. Violet accelerated the development of a prototype for the tournament. He believed in a utopian world where inorganic humanoids would carry out the will of their human masters. Violet believed that he could turn his humanoid robots into the ultimate fighting weapons. There was another significant reason for his entry into the tournament. Bored by his carefree lifestyle, Violet decided to enter The King of Iron Fist Tournament 4. Prologue Text: Violet was the majority shareholder and de facto leader of a manufacturer for humanoid robots. He was apparently a fighter in the past, but now lived a quiet life in a mansion in The Bahamas. Outfits Main article: Lee Chaolan/Outfits Story Tekken 4

His costumes are flamboyant and usually follow a purple color scheme. When dressed as his alter-ego Violet, Lee has dyed purple hair and wears black sunglasses. As Violet, his primary aim is to bring fame and renown to his corporation, Violet Systems, and to promote his personally designed line of combots. He vainly also claims to be 3 years younger than he actually is, with his age given as 45 when he is actually 48. Violet seems more unaffected by others, more carefree, and more eccentric. With the way he dismisses his secretary’s criticism and always tries to relax and enjoy his drinks whilst partying rather than getting serious, Violet seems more detached than he is as Lee, as if Lee wanted to disconnect from the world through this persona. Lee will show a more classical and refined image of himself, while Violet is a bit more excited or even sometimes rude as seen in some of his replies in Tekken Supporters, and he likes to tease his secretary, as seen in Fight Lab. When in his persona as Violet, Lee seems to distance himself from Mishima affairs, and puts on more of a reckless playboy air instead of the more gallant and romantic air he has as Lee Chaolan. He does still occasionally dress in this persona however, and his company is still registered under this name. Kazuya seems to have instantly seen through Lee's disguise, and thereafter, Lee hasn't particularly troubled to hide himself as Violet. He was shocked to find his brother, Kazuya Mishima, alive and lost to him as a consequence. In the King of Iron Fist Tournament 4, Lee entered as his alter-ego Violet, and also entered Combot as a competitor, in order to show off its abilities.

As well as being CEO of his company, Violet is also its foremost roboticist, undertaking much of the engineering work personally himself. Violet is the official CEO of Violet Systems, and, initially, the name Lee Chaolan was completely dissociated from the company.

He used this identity to hide from his father, Heihachi Mishima, and was eventually able to build up his own robotics company, based in The Bahamas. Or a five-way, triple-bullet blaster, firing at an insane 1,000 rounds per second. The persona 'Violet' was created by Lee Chaolan some time between the events of Tekken 2 and Tekken 4. Take, for example, a super-multi-laser bomb, which, when it explodes, shoots thirty-two rotating laser rays in all directions, destroying everything in its path. To help you do that, we've included some fittingly over-the-top weapons.
